Wedding cake with roses

You will need the following things for making this cake: some expanded polystyrene, corrugated paper flowers, decorative elements and your favorite candies. You can add bride and groom couple figurine for a wedding cake. And very soon you will create your own wedding cake with roses.
Wedding cake with roses DIY
Our cake will have 3 layers, so let’s cut three circles out of expanded polystyrene. Their diameters will be the following: 12 cm (4.7 inches), 17 cm (6.7 inches) and 25 cm (9.8 inches).
Polish the circles with sandpaper.
The upper layer will be able to open, so cut the inner part out of it. Then make the lid from this inner part. Its thickness will be 0.7 cm (0.27 inches).
Glue the corrugated paper onto the upper layer.
Cut a circle with diameter of 12 cm (4.7 inches) out of cardboard. Glue some corrugated paper onto it. This will be the upper part of your lid for the first layer of the cake.
Attach the inner part of the first layer to the cardboard lid with the help of hot glue.
Cover the both sides of all the layers with corrugated paper.
Attach some candies onto the thick paper with the help of scotch double-sided tape. Candies will be removed from this paper quite easily.
Do this to the each layer of the cake and then combine all of them and decorate the whole cake.
And now your wedding cake with roses is ready and perfect!
